Damaged / Defective Exhaust

   If your S23 exhaust broke, please follow the following instructions : 
   1. Compose an email to paul@scooterswapshop.com containing 

• Order number
• Photos of the damage to the ehxaust, clear and complete photo of the entire exhaust, photo of the mounting nuts to the head (installed), photo of the mounting hardware from the exhaust bracket to the pipe, and finally a photo of the mounting hardware of the exhaust to the engine crankcase. More photos may be needed. 
• Preference of solution (see options below) 
• Any additional information - did the exhaust ever come loose, did it fall off? Has the bike been laid down or dropped onto the exhaust side? Mileage when the exhaust was installed / current mileage. Approximate date of exhaust installation and date of breakage/failure. Did you watch the ScooterSwapShop Installation YouTube video Any of this information will speed up and help us investigate the issue further.

Solutions offered : 

1. Paypal payment to cover the cost of getting the exhaust repaired/rewelded at a muffler shop
2. Customer (you) mails the exhaust back, and we send you a brand new one (this may take some time if they are out of stock) 
3. Customer (you) mails the exhaust back, for a store credit (The store credit will equal the exact price you paid for the exhaust)
