RETURNS:

Whether the product is New In Box/New In Package and Unopened or is Open and Defective you will need to follow our updated return process. You will receive a response from one of our crew once we have an opportunity to review your submission. A friendly reminder our regular business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-4pm PST (we are in Oregon).
We will do our best to exchange defective products. PLEASE FILL OUT THE RMA FORM FIRST FOR APPROVAL OF THE RETURN. PLEASE DO NOT SEND DEFECTIVE OR OPENED PACKAGE ITEMS BACK WITHOUT APPROVAL.
If we receive a return and it is missing your specific RMA # on the shipping label, we will refuse the package and it will be returned to sender.
If we receive your returned item and it is ineligible for refund (including if you submitted a form but didn't wait for a response), if you want the part(s) shipped back you understand you are responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred. If your return is ineligible for refund there will be a 7 day window from the day we receive your return before it is discarded and no longer available to ship back.
There is a standard 20% Restocking Fee for eligible (see below for ineligible items) unopened, new in packaging/box products. You can also opt for in-store credit, and we waive the Restock Fee on any eligible return. We didn't originally charge this fee, but it's been more common that items are being purchased without the proper research before making the order. Please contact us with any questions if you're unsure about which parts to order.
If your Order tracking number shows "delivered" but you did not receive the item you will need to contact your local post office/handler. We have no control over the item once it leaves our facility and often can't see any additional delivery information than is available to you. We have no control over items being stolen off porches/etc. We are not liable for UPS/USPS/FedEx delays or issues. Please contact your carrier for any questions about deliveries. We do offer Route Shipping Protection/Insurance which will protect you from being out of money if your package gets lost, stolen, or damaged! We encourage you to keep the Shipping Protection in your cart.
If your package comes back as RETURN TO SENDER due to wrong address, rejection, no such address, etc we will contact you if we have contact information. If you would like the package to be resent to the correct address, you will be responsible for new shipping fees. If we do not hear from you within a week, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the 20% Restocking Fee. PLEASE contact us with any questions, if you're unsure about which parts to order, we want you to get the RIGHT item the first time. We are not liable for customers ordering the wrong components.

CANCELLATIONS:
If you choose to cancel your order, after you've made it, we do charge a $10 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel an order please fill out THIS FORM
