HOW TO: XR 150L Aftermarket Exhaust Install
Remove side panel (10mm bolt) and pull panel out of the two rubber grommets

Use a 12mm wrench or extended socket to remove header flange nuts
Loosen rear header clamp (12mm)
Loosen front and rear muffler mounts (12mm)
Grab muffler and carefully loosen, pulling out the back of the bike
Carefully grab and loosen header and pull out towards front of the bike
Put new header on, reusing copper ring
Install midpipe
Attach muffler and bolt hand tight
Install the two rear and one front exhaust spring
Tighten front exhaust flange and rear mount
Exhaust is done.
